Fabrication

Gallow brackets, purling hangers, cover plates, angle brackets, joining plates, laser cuts, we produce any type of fabricated metal work for the window and conservatory industry. Send a drawing of existing piece or the part to fit, we'll do the rest.

Casting

Aluminium castings for decoration, functional brackets or mountings, we can provide pattern services and the finished product.

Vacuum Forming

Conservatory ridge and apex covers, jack rafter covers, box gutter joints, all can be vacuum formed cost effectively and in relatively short runs, if necessary.

Coupled with CNC cutting accuracy, vacuum forming is an extremely useful tool for all parts of conservatory engineering.

APC can supply timber and aluminium tooling and finished product to your specifications.

Injection Moulding

Cresting, finials, clips, covers almost anything can be injection moulded. We produce our own Finial & Cresting to suit most conservatory roofs, with location foot either flat 40mm, slotted or to suit the Ultraframe system.

Aluminium Casting and Steel Fabrication

APC can also supply patterns for casting aluminium components as well as any steel fabrications both powder coated any colour required.
